Feature
Your members' side of the program — in your brand.
Loyalty should make people loyal to your store, not to your software vendor. Every member-facing surface — the portal, the mobile-web member card, the kiosk, every text — runs on your own subdomain under your name and colors.
01 — How it works
What members see, and where
Included with every plan: a branded home for points, rewards, and history.
- Your subdomainyourstore.ecosystemscrm.com — the portal, card, and kiosk all live under your name. Members never see ours.
- Mobile-web member cardPoints balance, tier, and available rewards on their phone — no app download required, included at no charge.
- Purchase and points historyMembers see what they've earned and redeemed. Transparency is retention.
- Branding set onceLogo and colors configured during setup and applied everywhere — kiosk, portal, card, texts.
02 — In practice
White label is a retention strategy, not a vanity feature
Generic platforms put their own brand on your members' phones — which means your loyalty program spends every interaction advertising someone else. When the card, the kiosk, and the win-back text all carry your name, the program compounds your brand equity with every visit. It's the difference we built the whole platform around, and it's why white-labeling is default at $200/mo, not an enterprise tier.
The member portal also closes the trust loop: members who can see their own balance and history don't argue at the register, and members who can see "40 points to a free shaker" come back sooner. Pair it with the rewards catalog and segmented texts and every surface is pulling the same direction — toward the next visit.
There's a defensive angle too. A program that lives under your subdomain with exportable data is an asset you own outright — if you ever leave us, the portal URL your members know redirects wherever you go next, and the list goes with you. Loyalty locked inside someone else's consumer app is a rented audience. We built the white-label layer so the switching costs stay low on purpose; retention should come from the product being good, not from your members being hostages.
03 — Questions
Straight answers.
Is the member card an app my customers have to download?
No — the member card is mobile-web: they open it in the browser, no install, nothing to update. It lives on your own subdomain under your brand, and members can add it to their home screen themselves.
Can members see their own points and history?
Yes — balance, tier, available rewards, and their earn/redemption history, all on your branded portal. Fewer register disputes, more reasons to come back.
