Feature
SMS marketing that actually gets delivered.
Texting is the highest-converting channel a supplement store has — and the easiest to ruin. Most platforms hand you a blast button and let carriers quietly filter the result. We built the guardrails into the send path itself, because we got burned running our own stores.
01 — How it works
Compliance is the product, not a checkbox
Every campaign leaves the building the way carriers want to see it: registered, paced, and consented.
- Drip sending, automaticCampaigns go out in carrier-friendly waves over 30–90 minutes instead of one filtered firehose. Not a setting you can forget — the default.
- A2P 10DLC filed for youWe register your brand and campaign with carriers during setup. You never learn what a 10DLC campaign is; that's the point.
- Quiet hours, enforcedNo 6 a.m. promos, no 11 p.m. blasts. Sends respect your customers' evenings without staff remembering anything.
- Opt-outs handled instantlySTOP is honored immediately and permanently. Consent is only recorded from an explicit opt-in — never imported, never mass-flipped.
- Cost shown before you sendThe composer shows the live text count and estimated cost before every campaign. No end-of-month surprises.
02 — In practice
Written by people who read their own delivery logs
We ran a supplement store on a general-purpose loyalty platform and watched AT&T quietly drop a slice of every campaign — error 30007, message filtered, still billed. Fixing it taught us what actually moves deliverability: registered identity, human-paced sending, no shared link shorteners, clean consent with receipts. All of that is now the default send path in Eco Systems, and we wrote the whole playbook up in public: why texts get filtered and how we fixed ours.
Campaigns target lifecycle segments, not spreadsheets — the win-back text goes to the member whose tub ran out ten days ago, not to your whole list. That's better revenue per message and a healthier complaint rate, which carriers repay with delivery. Budgeting is simple too: every plan includes 5,000 texts a month with overage at 2¢ each, and we published the segment math so you can size your list against it before you sign anything.
03 — Questions
Straight answers.
Do I need to handle A2P 10DLC registration myself?
No. We collect your business details during setup and file your brand and campaign registration with the carriers as part of the one-time $500 setup. Approval typically takes about two weeks; points and the kiosk run from day one while texting waits on carriers. Full walkthrough: our A2P guide.
How many texts are included?
5,000 per month on every plan, then 2¢ per text after. The composer shows the live count and estimated cost before each send. See pricing and what 5,000 texts covers.
Where does SMS consent come from?
From explicit opt-ins only — the checkbox on the check-in kiosk is the main source, logged with timestamp and source. Opt-outs are instant and permanent, and nothing is ever mass-flipped, including during migration.
