Points on every order + POS extension

The deep one. Order webhooks award points on every paid order — web store and POS — with refund reversal and retroactive matching for guest checkouts. The POS extension puts member lookup and reward redemption inside the Shopify POS checkout as a line item, so redemption happens where staff already work. Twilio

SMS delivery + A2P concierge

Every store texts through Twilio under its own registered A2P 10DLC brand and campaign — which we file for you during setup, including the business-info collection and the sample-message paperwork carriers actually read. The platform adds the operating discipline on top: drip sending inside throughput limits, quiet hours, instant STOP handling, and a composer that shows text count and cost before you send. Credentials are write-only in our systems — never echoed, never logged.

Stripe

Billing without card handling

Subscriptions, the one-time setup fee, and metered SMS overage all bill through Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers — Stripe holds the payment instrument; we hold the invoice history. Month to month, cancel anytime, and your data outlives any billing hiccup: non-payment pauses campaigns first and never deletes member data.
