vs Marsello

Marsello is the closest peer on this list: omnichannel loyalty plus email and SMS marketing, syncing across POS and ecommerce. It's capable software with wide integration coverage. The difference is focus — Marsello serves retail and hospitality broadly; we serve supplement stores specifically, and it shows in the details.

02 — Fair is fair

Where Marsello is a fine choice

Marsello's omnichannel story is genuine: points sync across Shopify, Lightspeed, and other POS systems, campaigns and automations live in the same tool as the loyalty engine, and analytics track retention and repeat-purchase properly. If you run a multi-vertical retail operation, use a POS we don't integrate with yet, or want email marketing as a first-class citizen alongside SMS, Marsello deserves a serious look.

03 — Where we win

Why supplement stores pick Eco Systems

Where we win is depth-for-your-vertical over breadth-for-everyone. The counter kiosk — real, live, photographed from the founding store — is the capture mechanism supplement retail actually needs, and no wallet pass replaces a self-serve screen that collects check-ins and recorded SMS consent all day. Our lifecycle segments ship pre-tuned to consumable reorder cycles instead of generic recency buckets. And deliverability engineering — drip pacing, quiet hours, A2P filed by us as concierge work — is the platform's spine, not one channel among several.

Then there's the relationship: your onboarding is done by the operators who built the system and run their own stores on it, your migration (balances, consent, rewards) is our labor under the flat $500 setup, and the platform fee is a flat $200/mo regardless of how big your list grows. Focus is the feature.

If you're evaluating both, the demo questions that separate us are concrete: who files your A2P registration and when; what the counter experience looks like for a member with no staff free; how lapsing is defined for a customer who buys a 30-day tub versus a 6-week preworkout; and who does the labor of your migration. Ask both vendors all four. We're comfortable with where that conversation lands, and if your operation is genuinely multi-vertical or tied to a POS we don't serve, we'll say Marsello is the better fit on the call — operators don't waste operators' time.

Weighing more than one option? The full lineup is on the compare index, and the deepest write-up is vs TapMango — the platform we actually ran our own store on.
